Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Most deliveries within Pakistan arrive in 5–7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at info.zarish.shop@gmail.com.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International orders will be available soon.


Exchanges & Replacements

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We will replace it at no cost, or offer you a voucher for the full amount to use on a future purchase.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or cash refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll resolve it through a replacement or store credit.

What materials do you use?
All Zarish pieces are crafted from high-quality metals and finished with premium gold plating.
They are lightweight, durable, and made for daily wear.

Is the jewelry water-resistant or tarnish-resistant?
Yes—Zarish pieces are water- and tarnish-resistant.
To preserve their finish, avoid direct contact with perfume, alcohol, or harsh chemicals.

How should I store my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place—ideally in the original box or a soft pouch.
Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain its natural shine.
